Eventually, we all face a problem that’s bigger than us: the diagnosis that has no treatment, the natural disaster in a far away land we can’t do anything about, the family member who refuses to be helped, the habit we’ve been unable to shake. But our job is not to figure out our impossible situations, nor to fix, flee from, fight, or flatter them. Our job is to bring them to the Lord — in fervent faith (something we do better together than apart!) and to trust that He already has an answer in hand.
